Written observations were submitted to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in response to the request for an advisory opinion from the Republic of Colombia and the Republic of Chile on Climate Emergency and Human Rights (2023). The observations were presented by the Human Rights Center team, affiliated with the PPGD at PUC-Rio, in partnership with the NIMA-Jur team.
