The note was signed and supported by 27 organizations, immediately demonstrating the social impact of the work and the broad relationship with social and academic sectors. Eight (8) of the proposals presented in it were transformed into amendments presented by Rio de Janeiro city councilors Edson Santos and William Siri to the revision project of the Rio de Janeiro City Master Plan. These amendments were approved by the City Council and sanctioned by the Mayor, thus being incorporated into COMPLEMENTARY LAW NO. 270, OF JANUARY 16, 2024, highlighting its impact and relationship with institutional sectors.
