This is an extension project involving NIREMA, PPGD PUC-Rio, Criola, Ilê Omiojuarô, and Ilê Axé Omi Ogun Siwajú. Its focus is on developing models of strategic litigation that, at the same time, engage with the realities experienced by traditional terreiro communities, building effective legal responses based on their lived experiences. In 2022, the project received an honorable mention in the 4th Access to Justice Challenge, from the Mattos Filho Institute.
